Our Role:

• Student Accessibility serves as the primary point of contact for students seeking academic accommodations and accessibility advocacy.
• Using the recommendations from a medical or healthcare professional, we are authorized to develop accommodation plans for students enrolled at the University of Regina and its Federated Colleges.
• Our team assists students with disability-related funding applications to ensure they receive the necessary support for their academic journey.
• We prioritize student confidentiality and privacy while promoting independence and self-advocacy.

Our Mission:

• At Student Accessibility, we aim to promote independence, self-advocacy, and equity for all students while safeguarding privacy and confidentiality.
• We offer accommodation services and support from pre-enrolment through graduation, ensuring that every student has access to the resources they need to succeed.
• Early registration with Student Accessibility is encouraged to ensure completion before classes begin, allowing for a smooth transition into academic accommodations.
