Our students and researchers make a difference!
This year, U of R students provided assistance in delivering dementia care to patients in rural areas, and our Collaborative Nursing Program graduated more than 250 career-ready nurses into the Saskatchewan healthcare system – adding much-needed healthcare supports to communities around the province. The U of R’s researchers are finding new and innovative ways to approach a variety of pressing issues including climate care, child trauma, Indigenous wellness, and long-term care for an aging population – providing hope for a better future for everyone.
Our university is rooted in the belief that we reach our greatest potential when we work together. This fall we’re raising much-needed funds in support of our students and researchers through scholarships, bursaries, equipment purchases, travel grants so they can go on to make a difference in our communities and beyond — and your support is key to making these goals a reality.
Your gift – regardless of size – will make a valuable and immediate difference to the lives of students at the U of R today. You can choose to support any of our ten faculties – or other areas such as the Archer Library, Continuing Education, Indigenous education opportunities, Athletics, and more.
Employees of the University of Regina can also make a gift via payroll deduction or their APEA fund
If you would like to speak directly to a member of our Philanthropy team to explore options for support, please call 306-585-4024 or send an email to UR.Giving@uregina.ca.
