Bonjour! Did you know the U of R is home to La Cité's French Training Centre? Find individual or group courses, distance classes, and beginner to advanced options where adults 18+ can learn one of Canada's official languages.

Public Policy Events

Engage in insightful discussions and enrich your understanding of public policy in Canada. The Johnson Shoyama School of Public Policy frequently hosts events and lectures open to the public. Can't make it to a live session? You can watch past lectures on demand!

Audit a Course for 65+

Looking for a bit more to keep you and your brain challenged? You can audit an undergraduate course (without completing the coursework). If you're over 65, you can request a Seniors' Tuition Waiver and take an undergraduate course free of charge!

Dance, Music, and the Arts

The Seniors’ University Group (SUG), in partnership with the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), is thrilled to offer high-quality learning experiences to SUG members aged 50 and better.

How to Register
