Since my appointment as an Assistant Professor in 2019, I have had the privilege of
supervising several graduate students—both at the Master’s and PhD levels—guiding them
through the successful completion of their research and academic programs. My
supervisory approach emphasizes research integrity, critical inquiry, and real-world
relevance, enabling students to contribute meaningfully to the fields of Industrial
Engineering, Engineering Management, and Sustainable Supply Chains.
I have supervised and mentored students across a range of research topics including
supply chain management, digital transformation in supply chains, multi-criteria
decision making, decision-making frameworks, circular economy practices, and risk
management. My goal is to equip students with the skills and knowledge to become
independent researchers, industry professionals, and future academic leaders.
Below is a list of graduate students I have supervised or am currently supervising at
the University of Regina (UofR), the University of Sharjah (UoS) – United Arab Emirates,
ÉTS – University of Quebec, Montreal, Canada, and the Rochester Institute of Technology
(RIT) – United Arab Emirates.
