Again this is an off the top of my head recap since I don't have the socresheet in hand. Thanks to one and all who hear the call and showed up on the diamond. We fell victim to vacations and the Dragon Flys ... the pitcher dude could place the ball where ever he disired except in his last at bat when he couldn't get it fair within his alloted three pitches. Twice it took it to the opposite field down the right field line then he plopped one into left field. A solid team in the field and at bats, the Dragon Flys proved to be more than we could handle. But we stopped them cold for a while ... given a regular schedule, I'm sure that our bats would produce a bit better, but we can't control the rain.
Thanks for the spares. We had a fun game tonight rather than a cancellation and a default win for the other guys.
