A roster of eight (5M/3F) took to the diamond to take on the Screaming Vikings. The request was for a slightly bruised cucumber, but the Sluggers ended up with the beating. It was a nice evening for ball with a 40km/h wind to keep the mosquitoes at bay. How quickly the bats can be silenced ... perhaps a few more runs could have been had if certain nameles individuals didn't stretch triples into outs at home ;-)
