Why is it Important to Submit Your Documents?

It's a requirement of the University of Regina that you submit your immigration documents as soon as you are registered in classes.

In the event that any of your documents are lost, stolen, or damaged, you can be assured that UR International has copies to aid in the replacement of your documents.

Winter 2025 Document Submission Deadline
If you're a new student who will be joining us in Winter 2025, the deadline to submit your documents is January 9th at 11:59 p.m. (CST). It's our policy to withdraw students from their courses if they fail to submit the required documents by this deadline.

Documents to Submit

  • Passport
  • Study Permit (for students who have entered Canada)
  • Letter of Introduction (for students who are still outside Canada)
  • Flight Ticket Details (for students who are still outside Canada)
