Mandatory Document Submission
Why is it Important to Submit Your Documents?
It's a requirement of the University of Regina that you submit your immigration documents as soon as you are registered in classes.
In the event that any of your documents are lost, stolen, or damaged, you can be assured that UR International has copies to aid in the replacement of your documents.
Spring/Summer 2025 Document Submission DeadlineIf you're a new student who will be joining us in Spring/Summer 2025, please review the deadlines to submit your documents:
- If your courses are starting in May 2025: May 8th at 11:59 p.m. (CST - Saskatchewan)
- If your courses are starting in July 2025: July 8th at 11:59 p.m. (CST - Saskatchewan)
It's our policy to withdraw students from their courses if they fail to submit the required documents by this deadline.
Documents to Submit- Passport
- Study Permit (for students who have entered Canada)
- Letter of Introduction (for students who are still outside Canada)
- Flight Ticket Details (for students who are still outside Canada)
