Early Release of Parchment

 IMPORTANT NOTES

1. The request for an early release of parchment does not trigger an early approval for graduation by your faculty. Before ordering, contact your faculty to find out when your credential will be forwarded for approval.

2. Your U of R student financial account must have a zero balance before parchments, including digital parchments, can be released.

3. All awarded credentials will be uploaded to MyCreds within 10 business days after Executive of Council. You will then have access to share your official digital parchment as many times as you need, free of charge.

4. To facilitate preparations for convocation ceremonies, requests for duplicate, replacement, or early release of parchments will close on May 15 for the June convocation ceremony and September 15 for the October convocation ceremony. The request form will reopen the first Monday after Convocation.

5. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, you will be able to pick-up your grad package at AH 210 the first Monday after Convocation at no extra cost.
