Arts Transition Program
Have you received notice that you are Required to Discontinue (RTD)? Do you want to continue taking credit classes and learn new strategies for success? The Arts Transition Program (ATP) may be for you! The ATP allows students who transfer to the Faculty of Arts with an UGPA/AGPA between 50-59.99% to continue their studies at the University of Regina. Please note that admission is not guaranteed and will depend on your eligibility to transfer or be readmitted to the Faculty of Arts. If you have questions about admissions requirements, please refer to the Faculty of Arts Admissions and Application Guide here. To apply, click the "Apply" button in the Application Guide and submit an application to transfer or be readmitted to the Faculty of Arts.

Semester 1 Requirements
- ACAD 100 course (3 credit hours)*
- 1 mandatory additional Faculty of Arts credit course (3 credit hours)
- SSW ACT
- Arts 099
*First Nations University of Canada students must take RDWT 120 instead of ACAD 100
Semester 2 Requirements
- ENGL 100 course + Guided ENGL 100 Lab (3 credit hours)
- 1 mandatory Faculty of Arts credit course (3 credit hours)**
- 1 optional Faculty of Arts credit courses (3 credit hours)
- SSW ACT
** First Nations University of Canada students must take INDG 104 as the mandatory Faculty of Arts course
