The University of Regina is located on Treaty 4 Territory within Wascana Centre, one of the largest urban parks in North America. There’s no better time to take advantage of the U of R’s beautiful campus-within-a-park location and enjoy the beautiful weather this summer!

Beyond walking, running, biking and generally just hanging out in the park, here are some other things you can enjoy right here in Wascana Centre.

Thursdays in Wascana

Wascana Centre has various free and low-cost activities every Thursday evening from July 6 to August 24. Some of the activities include boat tours around Wascana Lake, lawn games, delicious food, and entertaining music. Watch the Facebook event page for updates on upcoming Thursdays in Wascana throughout the summer.
