The annual Glen Anaquod Memorial Tipi Raising Competition hosted by the University of Regina ta-tawâw Student Centre, was once again held in-person from on Friday, September 23, after being held virtually during the last two years due to COVID-19.
The competition was open to four categories and there were 38 teams were registered for the event.
This year’s winners in the respective categories are:
- Campus – teams consist of four members (one of whom must be a University student). Winning team: Student Success Centre.
- Community – teams consisting of four members. Winning team: The Sixers.
- High school – all four team members must be high school students. Winning team: CRP Team 1.
- Women – all four members must self-identify as a woman. Winning team: Mental Health Warriors.
