About
Suzy Yim is a Lecturer at the Regina Campus and Founding Director of the Saskatchewan Queer Mental Health Collective. Suzy is a Toronto-born, queer, non-binary, Korean-Canadian and has been a guest on Treaty 4 since 2014.
Suzy joined the Faculty of Social Work as a sessional instructor in 2018 before their appointment as a Lecturer. Suzy's teaching priorities include practical applications for social justice work and their pedagogy is influenced by a background in EDI, professional development, youth engagement, and community development.
