Title: The homotopy coherent nerve

Abstract:  

The homotopy coherent nerve is a tool which lets one (among other things) articulate what it means for a diagram to commute 'up to homotopy'. In this talk, we shall go over its construction and see how it allows us to unearth an important equivalence between the Bergner model structure (on simplicially enriched categories) and the Joyal model structure (on quasicategories).
