Academic Calendars, Schedules and Course Catalogue

Discover essential tools and resources for planning your studies. Access the Academic Calendars, Academic Schedule, and the Course Catalogue to stay informed about program requirements, critical dates, course offerings, and more—everything you need to chart your academic path with confidence.

Transfer Credit

Turn your previous academic work into progress at the U of R. If you've studied at a recognized institution or completed advanced high school courses, you may be eligible for transfer credit—helping you earn credit towards your U of R degree faster.

Requesting an Alternate Exam Location

If you're taking an online course with an in-person exam and have no other in-person courses that term, you can request an alternate exam location to accommodate your needs.

Student Photo ID

No photo ID? No problem. Request a new student Photo ID or order a replacement to ensure you have access to university services and offerings, including library resources, fitness centre, student discounts, and campus events. Your U of R Photo ID also serves as identity verification for exams — both online and on-campus.

Accreditation

Canadian universities are authorized to grant degrees through a charter issued by the provincial legislature. The U of R was granted its charter on July 1, 1974 through the University of Regina Act, making it a recognized degree-granting institution.
