James D’Arcy is the executive director for strategic enrollment management and registrar at the University of Regina. A first-generation university graduate, James has a strong record of success and commitment to increasing access and equity in enrollment for students. Alongside campus partners, James works with academic, student service, and administrative units to lead enrollment management strategy.

A non-traditional student, James studied part-time as they progressed in their post-secondary career. James earned a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and is a recent graduate of the Graduate Certificate in Strategic Enrolment Management from Royal Roads University. They have built their career in admissions, academic records, student information systems, registrarial practice, and strategic enrolment management.
