Free parking is available for marked media vehicles attending our campuses for news conferences, events, interviews, or news gathering.
Marked media vehicles (identified with the media outlet name/branding) may park in any surface public parking area without paying. They must pay to park in any of the parkades and cannot park in accessible stalls, loading zones, block traffic or create other safety hazards.

Daily news media and public affairs coverage is encouraged and assisted by Communications & Marketing. However, media wishing to film inside the Dr. John Archer Library, a classroom, lab, residence building or any other quasi-private space must have the permission (with the assistance of Communications & Marketing staff) of the instructor/administrative head involved, allowing enough time for the instructor/administrative head to notify students and seek their permission about the media request.
