Dr. Roz Kelsey
Throughout my career I have been driven to find ways of practically improving the world around me. I have developed and taught over 15 courses in our faculty and I have worked with many internal and external groups in program development and the implementation of policies to promote inclusion and equity. It is important to me that my work aims to reduce gendered violence and racism. My goal is to go beyond theory and the simple recognition of inequity to finding mechanisms to confront it and inspire change. My research background resides in critical theory, self study and discourse analysis. In my personal time I love to stay active, to cook, to travel and to spend time with my really awesome family.
