  1. Fill out the Online Application
  2. Pay the $100 CAN application fee. You may make a payment in the following ways:
    1. Credit Card (Call Financial Services: 1-306-585-4123; Our Office: 1-306-585-6260)
    2. Flywire (if you do not have a credit card you can transfer funds to us HERE)
  3. Upload your documents in PDF format in the Supporting Documents section of your application. Contact international.admissions@uregina.ca for support.
    1. Submit your WAEC and/or NECO Results. You will need to purchase a scratch card to provide us with the following information:

      WAEC
      :
      i. Examination Number
      ii. Examination Year
      iii. Type of Examination
      iv. Card Serial Number
      v. PIN Number

      NECO:
      i. Examination Year
      ii. Examination Type
      iii. Token (may also be called PIN)
      iv. Registration Number (may also be called Examination Number)

    2. Front and back page (if there is information on it) of transcripts from additional education after High School. All post-secondary transcripts will need to be provided directly from the institution either in digital format from the school registrar’s official email address OR in a sealed envelope, mailed to our office directly from the institution:

    3. Your English Language Proficiency test (Click to see the list of ELP Options) You must have a pass in English on your WAEC to satisfy the ELP requirement.
    4. Copy of your passport
    5. Gap information - Have you obtained any other education or attended a post-secondary institute, for example: polytechnic, college or university, since completing high school?

Original documents will be required once you arrive in Regina. Please be sure to provide a certified English translation for all documents. To gain transfer credit you are required to submit College and University transcripts directly from the institution or in a sealed envelope. Transfer credit will not be awarded for courses taken at institutions that are not listed on application forms.

Points of Note:

If you don’t have your ELP yet, that’s okay; we will issue you a Conditional Letter of Acceptance if you are academically admissible.

Once a decision has been made regarding your application, an answer will be sent electronically. If you are accepted and would like to get the acceptance package mailed, there is a fee of $100 CAN. Please ensure to let the office know when you send in the application if you would like the acceptance package mailed.
