Keith started at the University of Regina in 2004 as "Coordinator, Institutional Research", shortly after completing his MSc in Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Prior to that, Keith was a Transportation Economist and Policy Analyst for close to twenty years, with the Government of Saskatchewan. Much of this work involved development of data systems to support policy analyses, and he has continued to build upon this skillset in his work at the OIR. Most recently, Keith has been actively involved in Data Governance for the University.
