Internal Scholarships

The Claire Kramer Nurse Practitioner Graduate Entrance Bursary was established in 2023 to recognize, support, and encourage students to pursue a degree in the Faculty of Nursing Collaborative Nurse Practitioner Program.

Eligibility

A University of Regina graduate student who meets the following criteria:
- Entering the University and pursuing a degree in the Faculty of Nursing Collaborative Nurse Practitioner Program (CNPP);
- Registered as either full-time or part-time;
- Be a resident of Saskatchewan; and
- Demonstrate financial need.

Note:
One of the 4 awards will go towards a student who self-identifies as Indigenous or a minority group.
If there are none, it can be awarded to any student as per the criteria.

Application Information

- One page written statement demonstrating financial need. Tell us your story as to WHY or the nature of your financial need and proof of residency in Saskatchewan.

In addition, students will need to upload the following:
- UP TO DATE Transcripts, which include CURRENT SEMESTER REGISTRATION. University of Regina Unofficial Transcript titled 'Current Registration & List of Courses (Unofficial Transcript)' found in UR Self Service OR University of Regina Official Transcript from MyCreds. Please refer to the MyCreds | MesCertif learner FAQs for more information on fees and how to register.

IMPORTANT: If you are an entrance student with no grades yet at the U of R, in addition to the unofficial transcript found in UR Self Service or the official transcript from MyCreds, you MUST also provide a copy of your last institution transcript along with the grading key in order to be considered. You must combine these documents into one and upload them.

All of these items are needed for an application to be considered complete.
