Eligibility

The award will be presented to a Collaborative Nurse Practitioner Program student who meets the following criteria:

Convocating from the Collaborative Nurse Practitioner Program
Has achieved a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 80%
Demonstrated excellence in advanced nursing practice

Application Information

None required. Students are nominated by the faculty in the Collaborative Nurse Practitioner Program.
