City of Regina Henry Baker Scholarships
The purpose of the Henry Baker Scholarship Program is to:
- support the aim of the City's economic development strategy to foster the potential of Regina's growing Aboriginal community;
- reflect the City of Regina's commitment to employment equity; and
- recognize the important role the University of Regina, First Nations University of Canada and Saskatchewan Polytechnic play in our community.

Eligibility
- registered as a full-time master's or doctoral student at the University of Regina in the Fall semester
- have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80%
- thesis or graduate studies (course-based students) relates to a community issue

Application Information

- Transcripts (official or unofficial)
- Attach a two page summary of:
- your community involvement, volunteerism and personal or family life experiences;
- your academic and career objectives;
- why financial support would be helpful to you;
- graduate students must also describe how their thesis or graduate studies (for course-based students) relates to a community issue.
- Submission Format: Attachments must be typed and should be no more than two pages
- Reference letters are not required and will not be considered
- FULL INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR APPLICATION IN ORDER TO BE REVIEWED
