
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Indigenization (DEII) Digital Badge
What's the Program All About?
This is a free non-credit program is carefully crafted for ALL current U of R, Campion, Luther, and FNUniv undergraduate and graduate students.
The DEII Digital Badge program is non-credit face to face program. It aims to provide students with foundational knowledge so they can contribute to creating and promoting equitable systems that foster justice, diversity, and inclusion on campus and in their future workplaces. Students will acquire knowledge in the topic areas of Gender & Sexual Identity, Inter-cultural competence, Indigenization, and Women in Leadership. Students who successfully complete the program requirements will receive a digital badge.
The program aligns seamlessly with the strategic priorities of Discovery, Truth and Reconciliation, and Well-being & Belonging, as set forth by the Hill and Levene Schools of Business in our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan.

How Do You Qualify for the Digital Badge?
We know you're eager to earn your digital badge, and it's totally doable! Here's your roadmap:
- Be a current U of R, Campion, Luther, or FNUniv undergraduate or graduate student: Check! If you're reading this, you're in the right place.
- Register once for the entire program!
- Attend ALL 5 sessions: We'll need to see your shining face at EVERY session.
- Submit a 500-1000 Word Reflection Essay by the deadline: Tell us all about your key learnings and action plan resulting from the program.
