Jenn Harper is the award-winning founder and CEO of Cheekbone Beauty, a B. Corp Certified brand focused on sustainability, inclusion, and empowering Indigenous communities. Since its founding in 2015, Cheekbone Beauty has grown into a global force, with products now available in Sephora Canada and 550 JC Penney locations.
As a socially conscious brand, Cheekbone has donated over $250,000 to charitable causes, reflecting Jenn’s commitment to transparency, philanthropy, and support for women and youth. Her appearance on Canada’s Dragon's Den in 2019, despite turning down offers, catalyzed major retail partnerships, positioning an Indigenous-led brand alongside global industry leaders.
Jenn is a voice for social entrepreneurship, inclusivity, and sustainability, and has earned accolades like being named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 Women of Influence in 2022, receiving an Honorary Doctorate from Brock University in 2023, and being named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2024.
