Dean
Erin Oldford, PhD
Dr. Erin Oldford is the Dean and a Professor of Finance at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business, University of Regina. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and PhD in Management (Finance) from Carleton’s Sprott School of Business.
Dr. Oldford has managed a portfolio of accreditations, professional designations, and partnerships. Throughout her career, Dr. Oldford has been a champion of societal impact, student success, experiential and peer-to-peer learning programs.
Dr. Oldford researched in the areas of behavioural finance, corporate communications, and financial education. She has published in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed academic journals including Scientometrics, Managerial Finance, Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance, The Financial Review, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, and Journal of Business Finance and Accounting. Her research has been highlighted by the National Post and the World Economic Forum.
Associate Dean, Research & Graduate Programs
Eman Almehdawe, PhD
Dr. Eman Almehdawe is a Professor of Operations Management at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business at the University of Regina. She has also served as the Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Programs since January 2022.
Dr. Almehdawe earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, as well as her Master’s and PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo in Canada. Her research interests include management sciences, operations management, supply chain management, healthcare decision models, decision support systems, and queueing theory. Dr. Almehdawe has published articles in various Operations Research journals, including the European Journal of Operational Research, the International Journal of Production Economics, the International Journal of Operational Research, and Omega, among others. She is a professional engineer in Saskatchewan (APEGS) and is a member of several organizations, including INFORMS, CORS, and MSOM. Currently, her research projects are funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and Mitacs.
Associate Dean, Faculty Relations & Development
Erica Carleton, PhD
Dr. Erica Carleton is the Associate Dean of Faculty Relations and Development and an Associate Professor of Leadership at the Hill and Levene Schools Business, University of Regina. She is a leadership scholar who primarily researches the areas of well-being and gender. She has received federal, provincial and university funding to conduct her research. She is currently the RBC Women in Leadership Research Scholar at the Hill and Levene Schools Business School. She is a Co‐Editor of the book Sleep and Work: Research Insights for the Workplace (Oxford University Press, 2016). Her research has been featured in many media and news outlets including the Globe and Mail, the LeaderPost, Global News and CBC radio.

Faculty Administrator
Anne Lauf
Anne Lauf is the Faculty Administrator at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business.
In her role, Anne provides executive leadership to a suite of administrative and support functions fostering student-centred and value-added contribution to the effective performance and smooth functioning of the Schools. These functions include: Academic Programs; Marketing, Alumni Relations, Recruitment and Communications; Finance, Accreditation and Strategic Projects; Student Experience and the Centre for Experiential and Executive Learning; as well as Information, Technology and Facilities Management with the Hill and Levene Schools of Business. Both Hill and Levene alumna, also holding a Public Relations certificate, Anne is an enthusiastic business professional with marketing and human resources specialties. She is service oriented and motivated to create and achieve goals. With strong organizational management skills, she seeks to expand individual and team impact through collaboration, development and mentoring.
Associate Dean, Undergraduate Programs
Emily McNair
Emily McNair is the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business, responsible for the academic programs' success, student experience, and outcomes. Her accountabilities include overall strategy and operations of the Schools’ undergraduate programming, academic integrity, overseeing Faculty initiatives to enhance learning, and providing direction on admissions, academic advising, and graduation processes. She also leads efforts in experiential learning, scheduling, hiring teaching assistants, ensuring that programs meet accreditation standards.
Emily is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the Haskayne School of Business. She holds a Master of Administration in Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, along with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Emily is dedicated to enabling and empowering students to become future business leaders.

Associate Dean, Accreditation
Morina Rennie, PhD
Morina Rennie is the Associate Dean for Accreditation and a Professor of Accounting at the Hil and Levene Schools of Business, University of Regina. Dr. Rennie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Master of Science (Accounting) from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a PhD (Accounting) from the University of Alberta. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and was named a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants (FCPA) for meritorious service to the profession.
Dr. Rennie teaches intermediate and advanced financial accounting and conducts research in the areas of the history of Canada’s public accounts, tax whistleblowing, and public-private partnerships. She has had papers published in a variety of academic journals, including: Journal of Economic Psychology; Accounting History; Accounting History Review; Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory; and Financial Accountability & Management.
