Obtaining Your Transcripts
High School Students
Don't forget! If you are finishing high school this year, we will need your final, official transcript showing your final grades before you start classes. Official transcripts must come to the University of Regina directly from the issuing institution (Ministry of Education, school board office, etc.) in your province or country (if other than Canada). If you are starting classes in September, the deadline to submit your final transcripts is August 1.
Review how to submit final official transcripts based on your province of study below.
Sending Transcripts through MyCreds: When sharing your transcript through MyCreds, please select the University of Regina from the Organization drop-down menu. This way, we’ll be notified of any changes to your transcript.
Do not share the document by email. Here’s why:
- No Automatic Updates: We won’t receive updates, like final grades, if it’s emailed.
- Manual Checks Needed: If your transcript changes, you’ll need to tell us to check the original email.
- Possible Extra Costs: If your document expires before updates are sent, you may need to resend it and pay again.
Learn more by either watching this video or reading the "How to Share a Document to a Registered Organization" PDF.
The information below applies to domestic high school students (Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or refugees). International high school/secondary students (attending on a student visa or study permit) can access information about international student admission from UR International.

If you are an international student, OR would like to have your AP courses considered for transfer credit, you can order your official AP transcript through the College Board and indicate your Designated Institution (DI) code as 0830 for the University of Regina. Your AP transcript will be mailed to the U of R, which is currently the only method we are able to accept.
