A very low scoring affair in a league where offence is key. The Naturals are the ONE team that several players HAVE to beat -- otherwise money is lost. The boxscores had us in the lead after the fourth and in the game right til the end. My elbows are still on the mend from the two run-downs that I managed to weasel out of in the bottom of the seventh. This game ended our season with a 0.305 record. The playoff schedule will be posted by 2001/08/03 and the opening games commencing 2001/08/08.
The crew gathered at Tumblers after the team photos snapped on Julie's camera ... fun was had by all attending. I'd like to thank everyone for a memorable season (and hopefully postseason too ;-) which marks our best performance to date. See you on the diamond ... Ted.
