Access to UR Sources is limited to members of Campion College, First Nations University of Canada, Luther College and the University of Regina with active uregina.ca (Novell / Microfocus) accounts with "employee" access rights (Faculty/Staff).
Please Note: Generic accounts cannot be used to access UR Source, employees must use their personal username and password. If you have an active CAS session using a generic account, we suggest you access UR Source using a different browser or you terminate your current session and try again (CAS Logout).
The uregina.ca account username and password are used to access the following systems:
- GroupWise faculty and staff email system
- U of R network access through Micro Focus OES client on campus computer system
- Printing and copying
- URCourses course software
- UR Source (restricted community web site)
- eduroam wireless access
- VPN virtual private network connections from off-campus
- Banner ERP system
- URDocs/Content 7 document management system
- Administrator access to Footprints Account Requests
This account consists of a username and password, and is the primary account used for network related access.
Employee account setup
New employees will receive account access information from their department administrator. For more information on the account request/account setup process, please contact your department administrator.
