Hours and Location of Operation
Our International Student Services team is here to support our campus community Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. It's important to note that our office, located in College West 109 on the Main Campus of the University of Regina, closes on most recognized federal and provincial holidays, so make sure to plan your visit or communication ahead of time to avoid any time conflicts.
How to Reach Out
There are several ways to reach out to us, but you first have to determine the urgency of your inquiry. If you need urgent assistance (e.g., you need information to provide to an employer by a specific deadline; your study permit is expiring within the week, etc.), call us at 1-306-585-5082 or visit our office in College West 109. Alternatively, you can also join one of our available Zoom Drop-In Advising Sessions according to the schedule below. If your question can potentially wait a bit or you require a written response, you can email us by filling out the form below.

Whether you call, visit, or email us, our mandate is to provide you with the most comprehensive and accurate information that suits your individual situation. That means it might take us 2-3 business days to respond to email inquiries, or provide follow up information after an in-person or phone consultation. We're appreciative of your patience and work diligently to provide responses as quickly as we can.
