Ceremonial Chairs

The three ceremonial chairs shown here were a gift to the University of Regina from Dr. Terence R. McKague, Chancellor Emeritus, whose term as chancellor ran from 1989-1995. The chairs were acquired from Carmichael United Church, Dr. McKague's boyhood place of worship. Also, two podiums, designed and constructed by the University of Regina, complement on stage the three decoratively adorned chairs. This ceremonial furniture is incorporated into all official ceremonial functions.
