Exam Accommodations

Exam accommodations for students writing in-person exams only at the U of R will be handled through the Brad Hornung Accommodations Test Centre (ATC). Instructors will use Accommodate to view and manage student test room bookings. For online or remote delivered exams, either the instructor or the Faculty/Department will handle exam accommodations and arrangements.

After a student submits a test room booking, instructors will receive an email notification with information to review the request in Accommodate. It is important that exams are uploaded or delivered to the ATC at least 24 hours in advance. For electronic exams (i.e. UR Courses), please ensure the exam is ready for the specific date and time period.
