Bachelor of Medical Radiation Technology

To be admitted to the BMRT program, students must complete a two-year Medical Radiation Technology Diploma Program* in Canada recognized by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT), with a minimum GPA of 60%, in addition to meeting the high school admission requirements for the Faculty of Science. The program will also consider internationally educated Medical Radiation Technologists with CAMRT certification. For example, the Medical Radiologic Technology Diploma program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic qualifies. Students who meet the admission requirements will receive 60 hours of block transfer credit toward this degree program.

*Medical Radiation Technology includes disciplines of Medical Radiological Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Magnetic Resonance Technology, and Medical Radiation Therapy.

Note: The prerequisite for PHYS 242 is PHYS 201, and the prerequisite for BUS 301 is BUS 201
