Congratulations on approaching the finish line for you program! You will soon join over 92,000 University of Regina Alumni.

After completing your program, you do not automatically graduate. First, you must apply to graduate in UR Self-Service. If you want to attend the convocation ceremony, apply between:

  • August 1 and January 31 to participate in the spring ceremony in June.
  • February 1 and July 31 to participate in the fall ceremony in October.

Saskatchewan Graduate Retention Program

The Graduate Retention Program offers eligible graduates in Saskatchewan a rebate of up to $20,000 on tuition fees, provided they file a Saskatchewan income tax return. After applying for graduation, recipients will receive an email with instructions on consenting for the University of Regina to apply for the rebate on their behalf.
