The Executive Director, Strategic Enrolment Management and Registrar Search Advisory Committee (SAC) has completed their work on the position description/appointment details, and the advertisement is being posted and circulated nationally and internationally through various recruitment venues.
The University of Regina and the SAC are partnering with the search firm KBRS on this appointment. For further information and details on how to apply, or to submit nominations for this key leadership position, please the KBRS Careers Page. Applications should consist of a cover letter and curriculum vitae.
The Search Advisory Committee will begin reviewing applications in March, with further updates to follow.

As a follow-up to my previous communication to campus on July 31, 2024, I would like to inform you that we have commenced the search for a new Executive Director, Strategic Enrolment Management and Registrar at the University of Regina; in accordance with the University Policy on out-of-scope senior appointments (EMP-010-030).

I will fulfill the role of Chair, and the Committee will be supported in its work by Angela Leader of the Provost's office, as well as the executive search firm KBRS.
Search Timeline (subject to change):

October 1: SAC in place

October 17: first meeting of the SAC

By November 15: advertising underway (provincial, national, international)

By April 10: SAC establishes a short list of candidates

Weeks of April 21 & 28: candidate on-campus interviews and presentations

By June 15: announcement of a new Executive Director, SEM and Registrar.
