Update: November 19, 2025
Members of the University community,
I am pleased to announce that after a national search, and on the recommendation of the Search Advisory Committee, Ms Danni Kenzle has accepted an appointment as the University of Regina’s next Associate Vice-President (Human Resources).
Having worked at the University of Regina since 2014, Danni will be familiar to many at our institution. A three-time alumna of the University, she has more than 20 years of progressive human resources experience across the public, private, and post-secondary sectors. Her experience at the University over the past decade includes having worked as Director of Organizational Development & People Programs, Human Resources Business Partner, and Faculty and Staff Relations Advisor.
Danni has served as Interim Associate Vice-President (Human Resources) since February 2025, during which time she has provided high-quality executive oversight across all human resources functions, and been a trusted advisor to the University Executive Team and the Board of Governors. I am excited to continue working with her as she assumes this role on a permanent basis, effective immediately.
I want to take this opportunity to thank the members of the Search Advisory Committee for their dedicated and diligent work throughout the search process over the past couple of months.
Please join me in thanking Danni for her service in an interim capacity over the past several months, and in congratulating her on this appointment.
Yours sincerely,
Jeff Keshen
President and Vice-Chancellor
