Introduction
The University recognizes the unique nature and challenges of non-credit students. This policy outlines computing facilities and services available to non-credit students.Policy
The University provides access to computing facilities and services to non-credit students where such access can be performed in an efficient and cost effective manner, including:
- M365 student use license (MS Office, Outlook email, Teams, OneDrive)
- Wireless network access
Non-credit students using the University’s computing facilities and services are required to comply with policy OPS-080-005 Use of Computer and Network Systems.
Consequences for Noncompliance
When non-credit students fail to use the facilities and services in compliance with University policy, their access privileges may be forfeited and the consequences for noncompliance in the applicable policies could apply.Processes
Information Services will arrange access to computing facilities and services as listed above upon request by the Centre for Continuing Education. These services are provided only for the duration of the course in which they are required.
