Homewood Health - Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

The University of Regina supports and recognizes the significant role mental wellness plays in the overall well-being of our faculty, staff and students.   We encourage employees and their families to seek assistant through the Employee Family Assistance Program at the earliest possible opportunity when experiencing a mental health challenge.

Seeking help earlier rather than later can help you and your loved ones avoid unnecessary stress, prevent more serious symptoms from developing, and reduce the likelihood of problems with work, family, school etc.

More often, problems can be successfully when they are identified in the early stages and when effective resources are utilized. It is important to deal with persistent problems before they result in serious deterioration of health, quality of life or job performance.
