Balance Assessment

This class will provide the opportunity to receive a balance assessment using a force plate and wearable sensor. Participants will receive information about balance training interventions and fall risk as part of the assessment process to improve mobility and reduce the risk of falls.

Enrich Program

Enrich provides individually designed exercise and task-oriented movement training programs in a group setting for adults with neurological conditions. Examples include: stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, etc. Participants must be cleared by a physician to perform exercise.

UR Gold

UR Gold is a circuit training class focused on enhancing functionality for individuals with one controlled health condition (condition has been present for 6 or more months post-diagnosis). A variety of exercises and equipment are used to increase muscular strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and range of motion.

Occupational Training

Prepare for POPAT (Peace Officer Physical Abilities Test), PARE (Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation) or are searching for intense physical training. This class is also suitable for those wishing to train for other employment evaluations including EMS, COPAT and SOPAT.

Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) gives people with Parkinson's disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum.

R & R Cancer Rehab and Recovery Program

R & R Cancer Rehab and Recovery Program provides specialized exercise programming for people undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. Various exercises and equipment focus on muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and flexibility. A certified Exercise Physiologist designs the programming to meet the individual's goals in a group setting.
