MFA Enabled Applications

University of Regina uses Microsoft Authenticator and Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for access to designated applications, which helps to strengthen security measures and mitigate potential system access vulnerabilities for these systems.

If an application is listed below, it is a MFA designated/protected application.
  • This means that "MFA Enabled" is equal to "Yes" on this application.
  • If you are enrolled in MFA and you authenticate to one of these listed applications, you will be required to use MFA to access the application.
If an application requires you to be enrolled in MFA to access an application, "MFA Required" will be equal to "Yes."
  • This means that if you are not enrolled in MFA you will not be able to access the application.
  • You need to enroll in MFA (Duo and/or MS Authenticator) before being able to access the application or system.
The dropdowns below list University of Regina systems and services that are protected with Microsoft Authenticator or Duo MFA.
