The first Great Lakes Association for Sound Studies conference in Canada is a free, two-day virtual and in-person hybrid conference online and at the University of Regina. The conference will consist of two days of panels, performances, and workshops and will feature a keynote address by xwélmexw (Stó:lō/Skwah) artist, curator, and writer Dylan Robinson on Friday, October 7 from 2-3:15 pm, online and in La Cité 215.

The conference will feature a variety of modalities including many events accessible remotely via Zoom and Instagram Live.
