Please call our office telephone number (306) 585-5082, which is available Monday to Friday from 8:15AM – 4:30PM (CST). Please listen carefully to the instructions provided during the call.

Your call will be forwarded to the next staff member should the previous member not be available.

Our typical response time is 2-3 business days, but may be longer during peak periods in the semester.

Zoom Drop-in Session

Drop-in virtual advising is now available for Winter 2024! Students who have questions relating to their immigration status in Canada, academic pathway, or require transitional or academic support can meet with our team at the times listed below. *Important: This service is for general guidance and not for immigration application review. To have a team member review your immigration application, please email International.StudentServices@uregina.ca to schedule a time.

  • Thursdays from 10:00AM - 11:00AM (Cancelled for October 24)
 

Emergency Toll-Free Telephone Number

This number is for severe and/or immediate on-campus emergencies only, such as medical emergencies, accidents, fires, etc.

Please note: This number is not to be used for inquiries regarding admission to the University of Regina, registration-related questions, or other academic information.

If you have an emergency and need immediate assistance, please call our toll-free emergency number that is connected to Campus Security. UR International Student Services is always available in the event of an emergency involving a student.


Update Your Emergency Contact Information

The safety of our students is our top priority, but in the event that an emergency situation arises, it is important that the University of Regina has updated emergency contact information so we know who to contact to support you. Emergency contact information can be updated in UR Self-Service, or you can submit a Student Profile Questionnaire form to our office via International.StudentServices@uregina.ca.
