Travel/Fieldwork and Work-Based Learning

The University may conduct activities beyond its geographic boundaries, both within Canada and internationally. "Fieldwork" encompasses work, study, teaching, or research conducted by U of R faculty, staff, or students at off-campus locations, including travel to these sites.

The Travel & Fieldwork Safety Procedures (PDF) outline the necessary requirements for fieldwork activities. Please ensure you review the procedures prior to any travel.
