Safety for Supervisors

The University of Regina affirms its commitment to the legal, moral, and ethical responsibility for providing a safe learning and work environment for members of our campus community.  This commitment also includes compliance with Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety legislation, and ensuring that all formal leaders (supervisors) on our campuses understand their role and responsibilities.

As part of Health & Safety's commitment to support formal leaders (supervisors) in fostering a positive safety culture on our campuses, we are pleased to offer the Safety for Supervisors course.  This 3.5 hour engaging and interactive course will provide supervisors with an understanding of the relevance of a health and safety policy on campus, and will familiarize them with the University Safety Management System, how to integrate this system into their role as supervisor, and much more.
