Emergency Procedures Poster (PDF)

The University of Regina maintains a comprehensive emergency management and business continuity sytem designed to ensure our campus members and community partners are safe.  The Emergency Management Committee (EMC) establishes and maintains emergency preparedness strategies, response procedures, and recovery operations for any emergency on our campuses.  The operational resiliency of the EMC is maintained through regular hazard and risk assessments, training and workshops, bi-annual emergency table-top exercises, hazard-specific emergency response plans, and a commitment to the health and safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors.

Emergency Preparedness Guide (PDF)

Emergency Notification System (ENS)

The Emergency Notification System (ENS) is designed to ensure effective and timely warnings are sent to students, faculty, staff, and visitors in the event of an emergency situation, and what immediate action you must take.

Automated External Defibrillators on Campus

An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is used to identify cardiac rhythms and deliver a shock to correct abnormal electrical activity in the heart. There are seventeen AEDs located throughout our campuses – do you know where they are?

Emergency Wardens are fundamental in keeping members of our campus communities safe during an emergency! The resources offered here will provide Emergency Wardens with the skills and knowledge needed before, during, and after an emergency on campus.
