The Doris and W.A. Riddell Graduate Scholarship was established in 1995 through a donation made by Dr. W.A. Riddell to assist students who are pursuing a degree in the Faculty of Media, Art and Performance.

Eligibility

The scholarship will be presented to a University of Regina graduate student who meets the following criteria:
- Enrolled in a graduate program in the faculty of Media, Art and Performance; and
- The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of merit based on GPA.

Notes: A student can hold this award two times during their Master's and/or two times during their PhD studies.
In the case that no suitable candidate is found, the award competition will be opened up to students in other faculties, preferably the humanities.

Application Information

No application required. Departments will select up to two nominations. A final nominee will be selected by the Faculty of Media, Arts and Performance and submitted to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research.
