
The Graduate Advanced Training and Entrepreneurship (GATE) Centre aims to build and support a robust student culture of professional development, entrepreneurship, and innovation at the University of Regina through:
- Career readiness and professional development for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars;
- Partnership and network opportunities with industry, non-profit and community organizations;
- Acceleration of student and faculty-driven research commercialization, research and development, and provide introductory and exploratory information to the entrepreneurship ecosystem;
- Create events for you to meet likeminded individuals from across all faculties within the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, and across the Prairies!

Startup 101 Bootcamp
Startup 101 Bootcamp is delivered in three parts. Through this opportunity U of R participants, which includes students, postdocs and faculty are immersed in the dynamic world of entrepreneurship and startups. Participants gained invaluable insights and connections while bridging the gap between academia and Saskatchewan's vibrant startup ecosystem.
