Working in real estate for 15 years, Brin Werrett made a leap three years ago and started Coldwell Banker Local Realty. They have since been considered one of Coldwell Banker’s fastest growing offices and now rank amongst the top 5 in transactions per month amongst Regina brokerages.
Also, as President of the volunteer Board of Directors, he led the Regina Thunder Football Club through major changes and their first national championship in 2013.
However, this wasn’t a straight line. Between losing his job, competition and supply chain changes that affected his first business and a failed 5 year succession plan in another, there’s been plenty of challenges along the way. Even the quick growth of his latest business comes new challenges.Brin’s story is one of creativity, pushing through challenging times and finding ways to pivot when things don’t go as planned.
