Research Interests
Dr. Alexandra Stoddart's research is focused on physical education, the physical education curriculum, and physical literacy using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. She works collaboratively with teachers, students, and researchers in K-12 schools to explore these topics. Her primary research area is exploring the concept of physical literacy and its development through quality physical education. A second and complementary area of research is based on exploring physical literacy and its potential outside of the school system.
