The Faculty of Business Administration invites faculty, staff and students at the University of Regina to attend a special presentation by Mr. Arnd D. Kaiser. The topic of the presentation is based on "Business Excellence/ LEAN-Management".

Arnd D. Kaiser, a qualified production technician, manager and LEAN researcher with a degree in engineering, is Europe’s number 1 coach and expert in LEAN management, who specializes in efficiently and sustainability incorporating the LEAN mindset into daily business. He acquired and furthered his applied expertise in the automotive industry working with companies such as Rolls-Royce UK, BMW Germany, MINI UK, VW Taiwan, Tritec Motors (Brazil) and 21 other international companies for over 23 years in more than 14 countries on 5 continents. He worked abroad actively for 7 years starting from 2002, successfully and permanently implementing the LEAN philosophy on the ground in person, across all industries, at both a national and international level.

In his seminars and presentations, he inspires his participants with passion and practical, solution-oriented LEAN management experience, his unusual approaches setting him apart from others. He is keenly involved at national and international universities, and his aim is to motivate and enable every individual to actively optimize processes in production and offices.
