About HMA
The Hill Marketing Association (HMA) is a student-led club at the Paul J. Hill School of Business. HMA’s members have the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations to gain experience and benefit the community while connecting with peers and local businesses.
Some of the association’s work includes planning unique events and personal development workshops for members, creating engaging content for social media platforms, and running new “Students Investing in Student Initiatives” program which provides marketing assistance to students with small businesses and allows members to gain hands-on marketing skills in the process. The club has assisted in three student-led businesses, hosted the "Networking Under the Stars" event, and held practical hands-on digital marketing seminars with the HMA members.

Pillars
- Connection: At HMA, members have the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers while collaborating on various marketing projects. Additionally, the club fosters connections in the local community, as it allows students to connect with local businesses.
- Growth: Members not only have the chance to learn relevant marketing skills, but also have the opportunity to develop their personal brand. This is done through workshops, speaker sessions, and online modules.
- Innovation: The innovative “Students Investing in Student Initiatives” gives members hands-on experience while redefining the services a traditional marketing club would offer.
