Another win. Kudos for the hot bats and the Ground Hog Day inspired play ;-) The wind could not hold the Sluggers back ... perhaps it even pushed a few balls a bit farther. The box scores indicate a defensive struggle to say the least. After the first inning primer, the Sluggers batted through ten batters for the next three innings, much to the chagrin of that tenth batter ... who took it well for the team. Everybody crossed the plate at least once which is nice to see ... a lot of diamonds on the scoresheet. After tonight's performance, I think Mark should be sent down to the minors ... imagine only hitting a single after 4 straight homers ;-)
Thanks to one and all for coming out and having fun.
